Rules about the use of "Il Palazzone"

The meeting  at Villa Passerini ("Il Palazzone") in Cortona, promoted by INdAM (Istituto Nazionale di Alta Matematica) is possible thanks to the existence of an agreement between Scuola Normale Superiore and Istituto Nazionale di Alta Matematica.

Such agreement establishes rules about the use of "Il Palazzone", in particular concerning the invited speakers hosted in the Villa.

"Il Palazzone" has 11 spacious double-rooms.  All the rooms have private bathroom (but no TV; a TV set is available in the breakfast room).

A daily room-service and breakfast is provided by a catering&cleaning company.

Spouses of the invited speakers  can be hosted at "Il Palazzone", but children are absolutely not allowed in the palace. Spouses' lunches are not included but can be taken with the participants at the conference by signing a form in the secretary's office before 10 am daily and paying the requested amount.

ARRIVAL DAY

In order to get the room's key and the building-pass, people hosted at "Il Palazzone" are required to check-in on

In case of delay, since  the entrance-gate of "Il Palazzone" will be closed at 8pm, it will be absolutely impossible to get the room's key for Sunday night.
